Background
Wagner is in charge of a Sanitation Squad in New York City.
During the events of Soylent Green (1973) played by John Dennis
Wagner arrives at Simonson's apartment to pick up his corpse. He tells Thorn that he expects a cut of what Thorn earns from the body and then leaves. He then gives Thorn a ride to his apartment complex.
