Background
Captain Martin is a Chicago police Captain.
During the events of The Relic (1997) played by Ned Schmidtke
Captain Martin shows up with a large police force when the museum alarms are triggered. He sends a group of SWAT into the museum by entering through the glass ceiling, however all the SWAT members are killed. Martin is about to give Lt. Vincent D'Agosta hell when the Mayor stops him and tells him to quit harassing D’Agosta.
