Background
Sextus is the Tribune of Jerusalem.
During the events of Ben-Hur (1959) played by Andre Morell
Sextus greets Messala and gladly gives over command of the Jerusalem garrison to him. Sextus then complains that the local population don't like paying their taxes and are very religious.
