Utopia steals a top secret device that controls the Sword of Damocles. She escapes with the device to L.A. where she meets up with [[Cuervo Jones]]. When [[Snake Plissken]] wins the basketball game and Cuervo Jones decides to kill him anyways, Utopia grabs the rifle allowing Snake more time to escape. When he steals the device Utopia follows Snake into the storm drain where she realizes that the President wanted Snake to kill her. She stays with Cuervo Jones until Snake steals the device again and then she gets on the escape helicopter. Before the escape helicopter crash lands, Snake puts a device into Utopia's pocket and tells her to jump out. She is captured by the [[USPF]] and the President orders her electrocuted to death. Background
Utopia is the daughter of the President. Her sister committed suicide and shortly afterwards she began to spend most of her time in a virtual reality world.
