Background
Carpark Soldier is part of an American led NATO force stationed in London.
During the events of 28 Weeks Later (2007) played by Andrew Byron
After Code Red is initiated, the people of District 1, including Andy, are brought down into a carpark where they are locked in by Carpark Soldier.
