Chamberlain tells Rogers that [[Blackbeard]] will soon realize they have no choice, but to surrender [[Captain Vane]].  Later, [[Lieutenant Perkins (Black Sails)|Lieutenant Perkins]] knocks on Rogers' door and Rogers goes to the upper deck and Chamberlain tells him a ship is approaching.  Rogers tells Chamberlain to lift their anchors.  Vane gives a signal and the pirates on the ship jump off and he directs the ship directly at Rogers' ship.  Vane's ship erupts in flames and Chamberlain has the crew fire at the ship and Vane jumps from his ship.  Vane's fire ship rams into one of Rogers' other ships and the pirate fleet escapes.

Chamberlain along with Perkins tells Eleanor that he notices that there are more ships beyond his own that are preparing to leave to fight the Maroons.  She tells him that Hornigold will be going with him along with men belonging to [[Captain Throckmorton]].

The battle begins and Chamberlain's ships open fire on the hasty defenses, the defenders have put up.  The British troops land on the island and the pirates and Maroons begin firing at them.  Flint eventually tells his men to retreat.  After ships are spotted approaching them, [[Chamberlain's Lieutenant]] asks Chamberlain if the ships approaching are allies.  Blackbeard eventually raises his pirate flag.

Background

Chamberlain is the captain of The Delicia in the Royal Navy.

During the events of Black Sails: Season 3 Episode 2 XX. played by Jason Cope

Chamberlain tells Woodes Rogers that he read Rogers' accounts of his voyages, but also heard about rash decisions he made which were costly. Captain Benjamin Hornigold and Dufresne go onto Rogers' ship and Hornigold is upset to see Eleanor Guthrie on the ship. Hornigold then tells Rogers that Captain Flint and his crew are dead and gives Rogers Flint's flag.
