Alex Fountain owns Fountains Fresh to Your Door X-Mas Trees in the town of Kingston Falls. He is the father of Pete Fountain.
During the events of Gremlins (1984) played by Arnie Moore
Sheriff Frank tries to get a free tree out of Pete's Father when he points out how many trees he has left so close to Christmas. Pete's Father tells Pete to take Mr. Anderson's tree to his house and when Frank continues to try and get a free tree, Mr. Anderson points out to Frank that he is still paying for his own tree.
