Harry Hartley is a secretary for Lady Vandalur in India. He also designs hats.
During the events of Theatre Macabre: Season 1 Episode 9 The Rajah's Diamond played by Zdzislaw Kuzniar
While [[Harry Hartley] is running, he throws the hatbox over a wall and then jumps over into Henry's rose bed. Henry grabs Harry and they both see that the hatbox was full of diamonds.
