Background
1st Man is a resident of Dade County, Florida.
During the events of Ruby (1977) played by Raymond Kark
Lila June and 1st Man are told to hurry up and pay by Vince Kemper. 1st Man tells him no one comes to the drive-in anyways and Vince comments that Lila June is there every night.
