John Trent lights a cigarette and Mrs. Pickman asks him to put it out. A moan rings out and Mrs. Pickman tells Farmer, who is naked and handcuffed to her ankle, to be quiet. Later, John goes back to the hotel entrance and hears shrieking coming from a room and finds Mrs. Pickman, now with tentacles, chopping up Farmer.
