After arriving at Area 51, [[President Thomas J. Background

After arriving at Area 51, President Thomas J. Whitmore is introduced to Dr. Brakish Okun and Dr. Isaacs and Dr. Okun brings President Whitmore down to the hangar where they are keeping the downed Roswell craft. Later, s Dr. Okun and Dr. Isaacs are escorting the captured Harvester into the base, Russell Casse grabs Dr. Isaacs and demands someone help Troy.
