Background
Commander/Tech is a radar technician commander in the United States Air Force.
During the events of Independence Day (1996) played by Raphael Sbarge
Commander/Tech hands the phone to General William Grey and informs him NORAD is on the line. Hiller and the rest of the Black Knights squadron head towards the spaceship hovering over Los Angeles, while simultaneously being monitored by President Thomas J. Whitmore. Technician tells General Grey that the squadron is ready to attack, while Commander/Tech tells him that the New York squadron is also ready to attack.
