Background
Mr. Buckner is the owner of a cotton gin in northern Louisiana. His wife is Lady at Party.
During the events of The Evictors (1979) played by Jimmy Clem
At the employee picnic, Mr. Wheeler introduces Ben Watkins and Ruth Watkins to Mr. Buckner. Mr. Buckner tells Ben he can't afford to buy new machines and tells him he will try and get him a draft deferment.
