Background
Tran is a professor in Grant University's Computer Science Department in California.
During the events of Julie and Jack (2003) played by James Nguyen
Jack Livingstone meets with Professor Tran who tells him Julie Romanov was into neural computers and that Julie worked at JB software after she graduated.
