Background
Officer Coulson is a game warden with the Florid Fish and Wildlife Department.
During the events of Lake Placid (1999) played by Jake T. Roberts
After the Lake Placid Crocodile is captured, Officer Coulson and members of the Florida Fish and Wildlife arrive and they take over. Jack Wells and Sheriff Hank Keough tell Officer Coulson that the Crocodile will need medical attention. The next day, the Crocodile is transported to Portland by a flatbed trailer.
