Background
Sergeant Durban is a police officer for the Seattle Police Department in Seattle, Washington.
During the events of The Changeling (1980) played by Terence Kelly
Sergeant Durban starts questioning John Russell when he finds remains at Mrs. Grey's house and John lies about not knowing who the remains belong to.
