Background
Operation Sweet Death Zombies were created from a leaking chemical in the Hope Center in Papua New Guinea.
During the events of Hell of the Living Dead (1980)
After a rat causes a leak of chemicals at the Hope Center, the Operation Sweet Death Zombies spread out into the countryside eating anyone they come across and spreading their virus.
