Background
Tasty Freeze is a pimp in Los Angeles, California.
During the events of Black Dynamite played by Arsenio Hall
The Los Angeles pimps are having a meeting where they are discussing the drop in prostitution profits. Black Dynamite enters the room and tells the pimps he is going to take down anyone selling drugs in the neighborhood.
