Background
Jimmy is a wealthy vacationer.
During the events of Up from the Depths (1979) played by Randy Taylor
Jimmy is angered when Rachel McNamara and Tourist 1 land on the beach where he and his girlfriend are kissing. After the Monster Fish attacks the resort Jimmy and his girlfriend join the other tourists in hunting it. Jimmy hooks the Monster Fish, but is dragged out of his boat and into the water, but manages to get back into the boat.
