Background
The EURAC is the European Afro Asia Unity. The EURAC fought a war with the Pan American Confederacy and won.
During the events of 2019: After the Fall of New York (1983)
The EURAC along with a group of Hunters chase down and exterminate mutated remnants of New York City. Yurikee leads another group on the attack on the Needle People camp where they capture the survivors and bring them to the EURAC headquarters. The EURAC headquarters is bombed after Parsifal, Giara, and Ratchet escape New York City with Melissa.
