Background
The Drug Dealer sold drugs. Anne saw a drug deal happen and was kidnapped by the Drug Dealer's men. While trying to escape she ran off the roof of the building and died. Riki has a flashback of when he identified Anne in the morgue and when he tracked down the Drug Dealer and killed him.
