Background
People's Observer is a criminal rights official.
During the events of Mad Max (1979) played by Gil Tucker
People's Observer arrives with Silvertongue to make sure Johnny the Boy's rights are upheld. He demands that Johnny the Boy be released and is shoved by Jim Goose and threatens to file a complaint.
