Saheed participates in a town hall meeting pressing for government change.  When [[Black Dynamite]] goes to Saheed's office, Saheed thanks him for taking out [[Chicago Wind]] and saving lives from people potentially overdosing.  He tells Black Dynamite the bullet casing he found at the scene of [[Jimmy]]'s death comes from a government issue munition.  Saheed participates on the attack on the drug dealers, the drug warehouses and the attack on [[Fiendish Dr. Wu]]'s Kung Fu Island.  Saheed is killed when he is hit with a Chinese star.
