Jim Jackson is a police Lieutenant in Los Angeles County, California.

Sgt. Jackson and [[Police Lieutenant]] arrive at the lab and ask [[Dr. Stein]] if he has seen anything unusual and tells him about the murders in the local area.  Later the [[Nightclub Comedian]] tells Sergeant Jackson he saw [[Eddie Turner]] kill the [[Couple in Alley]]. That night, Sergeant Jackson and Police Lieutenant arrive at the lab and help [[Winifred Walker]]. After Eddie is killed, Sergeant Jackson comforts Winifred.
