Dan de Lion is a Colorado snowmobile racer.


== During the events of [[Avalanche (1978)]] ==
Dangerous Dan participates in a snowmobile race against [["The Norwegian Nutcracker" Helgi Helgenberger]] and other racers.  He loses the race when he crashes into an already crashed snowmobile.  When the avalanche hits, it engulfs the snowmobile racers.  Dan's fate is unknown.
