Background

Andre is a resident of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

During the events of Siege (1983) played by Ted Germaine

May 29, 1981, Goose and other members of the New Order are leaving the apartment building, Andre opens his door and tells Goose what a nice day it is, and Goose pushes him to the ground. Later, as Andre is putting out his trash, Steve is walking out of the building. As Goose and Ian are walking by Andre's apartment, Andre opens his door and Goose shoots him dead.
