Norman is a diseased resident of Wheelsy, South Carolina.

During the events of Slither (2006) played by Matt McInnis

As Bill Pardy and Kylie Strutemyer are almost at Grant Grant's house, Kylie is grabbed by Head-Shot Norman and she shoots him in the head.
