Background
Cole is a police officer in New York City.
During the events of The Echo (2008) played by Arnold Pinnock
Bobby Reynolds calls 911 and tells them there is a domestic disturbance next door. Cole arrives with another officer and when they go inside the apartment, it is empty. Cole then assumes Bobby has made everything up and leaves.
