Doc Peters is the local physician for the town of Snomonton, Colorado.
During the events of Jack Frost (1997) played by Paul Keith
When Old Man Harper is found murdered, Doc Peters is asked by Sam to investigate his cause of death. Doc Peters tells Sam that it appeared as if whoever killed Old Man Harper used a large glove or mitten during the attack. Doc Peters goes to the Metzner house when Jake Metzner and Sally Metzner are both found dead. Doc Peters tells Sam that whatever animal killed Jake must have had immense strength.
