Winky is in charge of the Space Department at the North Pole.
During the events of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (1964) played by Ivor Bodin
When Andy Henderson goes to the North Pole to interview Santa Claus, he is introduced to Winky by Santa Claus. When Torg breaks into Santa's workshop, Winky stands in his way, but is easily moved by Torg. After the Martians enter the building, Winky defends Santa and is frozen with Voldar's freeze gun.
