The Grand Vizier is a vizier under Queen Taramis.
During the events of Conan the Destroyer (1984) played by Jeff Corey
Once Princess Jehnna returns with the Horn of Dagoth, the Grand Vizier leads the ceremony to sacrifice Jehnna and bring Dagoth back to life. As he is about to slit Jehnna's throat, Zula impales and kills him with her pointed staff.
