Background
Phineas is a living painting at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
During the events of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) played by John Atterbury
Harry Potter tells Albus Dumbledore about his dream where Mr Weasley is attacked by Nagini and Dumbledore tells Everard to contact those at the Ministry to save Mr Weasley and has Phineas notify the Order of the Phoenix.
