Background

Frank is the father of Hannah. Frank was a taxi driver before the outbreak of the Rage virus.

During the events of 28 Days Later (2002) played by Brendan Gleeson

Frank had Christmas lights flashing on his apartment to attract non infected people. When they go to investigate, he lets Jim and Selena stay in his apartment with him and Hannah. Frank plays an audio loop on his radio to the others from Major Henry West offering protection. They decide to go to the 42nd blockade to see if they could get help from the soldiers there using Frank's taxi. When they arrive the blockade is deserted and Frank becomes infected when a drop of blood falls into his eye. Frank is shot and killed by a soldier after he tells Hannah he loves her.
