Background
Judge is a criminal judge.
During the events of Reefer Madness (1936) played by Edward LeSaint
Judge is the judge during Bill's trial for the murder of Mary. He convicts Bill of murder, but after Blanche tells him that it was Jack who murdered Mary, then he releases Bill. The Judge then has Ralph sentenced to an insane asylum for the rest of his life.
