Background
Thugs are plainclothes officers working for the French police in Paris, France.
During the events of Kiss of the Dragon (2001) played by Franck Tiozzo and John Maczko
Thugs act as security during the sting operation to get Mister Big. When Liu Jian escapes before Richard can shoot him, Richard sends the Thugs after him. One Thug is killed when he is trying to push Liu Jian down the laundry chute and a grenade blast engulfs him.
