Background

Jensen is a medical doctor and runs Hansen's clinic. He practices quack medicine.

During the events of Airwolf: Season 2 Episode 16 Prisoner of Yesterday played by John Furlong

Dr. Jensen tells Dominic, Stringfellow Hawke and Caitlin O'Shannessy he has been harassed by government officials and secret police from two different countries, but refuses to admit he gave President Marios Guzman the serum. He admits Jason "Doc" Gifford came with two other men and then left.
