Dale and his co-pilots are pilots for Senator Carmichael's private plane in Seattle, Washington.

During the events of The Changeling (1980) played by Randolph Blankinship and Travis Major

Senator Carmichael tells Dale to contact Captain DeWitt and have him call him in Spokane.
