Background
The Second Thug is a French Citizen.
During the events of 100 Degrees Below Zero (2013) played by Lajos Kalmar
The Second Thug and his friend Thug were hiding in the tunnels leading to the Eiffel Tower. When the Foster siblings and Angelique entered the tunnels the Thug demanded they hand over their bicycles and fur coats. It is implied the Second Thug would have died due to the extreme weather.
