Mrs. Franco is a resident of Crescent Cove. She is married to Jim.

During the events of Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988) played by Adele Proom

Mrs. Franco is turned into a cotton candy cocoon when a Klown arrives at her door carrying a box of chocolates.
